Expressing our philosophy of weddings is a difficult job. It isn't because we don't know what to say, it's because we have a lot to say. Are we opinionated? You bet. We have to be. We want what you want to look good, have fun and gather together on film all those glorious moments when you, your family and friends assembled to celebrate the beginning of your lives together.

Shopping for a wedding photographer can be a complex undertaking . It's important to you and it should be to your photographer as well.  Your goal is to find photographer that is a good fit for you. After all, you'll be spending one of the most important days of your life with the person you're paying to document it. If the three of you are in sync, the results can only be fabulous.

Our style is informal and relaxed, but thorough.  Formal shots are important to record the "what and where" of the day, but they are not what we emphasize. We prefer a more "blended" style which includes the traditional formal portraits with more informal photos of family and wedding party. Then using posing techniques that allow a natural romantic feel, we spend time with our Bride and Groom to produce stunning images that show your personality. We seek to catch people in the act of being themselves, naturally, looking un-posed and enjoying the event with family and friends. However, your photographer will always endeavor to be non-intrusive, blending in comfortably among your guests. Many people consider this "photo journalistic", something about which we are frequently asked. We prefer a more "documentary" style.
